What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
How do I place an order?
You can order online through our secure e-commerce website.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are required by law to collect sales tax to certain states. Sales tax will be added to your order total and displayed for your review prior to checkout.
How will I know that you’ve received my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Should there be any issues with your order, one of our customer service representatives will contact you.
I saw the item I bought for a lower price after I placed my order. Can I get a credit adjustment?
We offer credit adjustments within 30 days of your purchase. Please e-mail or call us if you'd like to request an adjustment.

How do I cancel my order?
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $40 administration fee. If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for actual return shipping charges as well as a 25% restocking fee.

How do I track my shipment?
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Please allow 24-48 hours before tracking your order.
If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@raynesvanities.com.
Will I receive all the items in my order all at the same time?
When multiple items are purchased they will arrive in different packages to expedite the shipping process.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all states in the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally.
How long will shipping take?
After your order has been processed, shipping takes anywhere from 3 - 14 business days. Allow extra time for delivery for remote addresses. We do not ship to PO Box addresses. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

What are the delivery options?
Free shipping only applies to curbside delivery. The carrier is only obligated to deliver your product(s) to the curb. The product(s) will likely arrive in numerous boxes, so it is recommended that you have a few people on hand to assist you when the product(s) arrive.
Threshold Delivery applies to delivery to the first dry area. This can be either the garage or covered porch. This is not an inside delivery. Threshold delivery is $200 and is subject to change.
How do I return my order?
You have 24 hours from the date of delivery to request a replacement of a damaged product, or a return of an undamaged product. Please email us at returns@raynesvanities.com with your order number and the reason for the replacement or return. Exclusions apply.

All returns of undamaged products must be within 30 days of delivery and approved by the manufacturer.
You shall pay a restocking fee equal to 25% of the purchase price plus all shipping related costs. Products sold with "Free Shipping" will have the original freight costs deducted from your refund. All inbound and outbound shipping charges are non-refundable or reimbursable.

What if my order is damaged?
All products are inspected prior to shipping. We stand behind our products and we will make every effort to resolve any problem to your 100% satisfaction. We reserve the right to repair, replace the defective part, or replace the entire unit at the discretion of the manufacturer.
All shipment claims are subject to carrier's approval.
Upon delivery, any damages to the outside box or inside contents must be noted on the receiving slip prior to signing your name.

Do you offer warranties?
Yes. Our products are backed by manufacturer's warranties for defects and subject to the original owner. Exclusions apply.

Do I need to seal my countertop?
Bellaterra Home
Tops are sealed and polished once manufactured.
Stone tops - It is recommended you seal and polish after installation and every 6 months to 1-year afterwards depending on use.
Engineered Quartz tops - It is recommended to seal the surface every 3-6 months depends on usage.
LAVIVA
Marble tops are all sealed with water resistant low V.O.C. sealer. It is recommended the vanity tops be re-sealed every 1-2 years to help protect the natural stone.
Lexora
Lexora's Italian Carrara White Marble Tops are all sealed with water resistant low V.O.C. sealer. Lexora recommends that all vanity tops be re-sealed every one to two years as a preventative maintenance for the natural stone.
Silkroad Exclusive
Stone tops are not sealed. Therefore, please be sure to seal all stone products (counter tops, vessel sinks, etc) before installation to avoid any dirt or stain from getting into the stone.
How will I know when an item will be back in stock?
We update our online inventory regularly. If an item is not in stock, email us at info@raynesvanities.com to find out when an item will become available.
How much assembly is required?
Our vanities are designed to be installed with minimal effort. Professional Installation is required or all warranties will be voided. In the product's description box we have indicated what type of assembly is required.
