When you purchase from Rayne's Vanities, YOU ACCEPT THE CONDITIONS OF USE, PRIVACY POLICY, RETURN POLICY and all other disclaimers and terms that appear elsewhere on

Please read carefully before purchasing. 

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $40 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges as well as a 25% restocking fee. A delivery refusal may also result in the damage or loss of the products on their way back, which would void any possibility of a refund.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

You have 24 hours from the date of delivery to request a return. Please email us at with your order number and the reason for the return.

All returns must be approved by the manufacturer. Any unauthorized return will not be refunded and a storage fee will be charged at $25 per calendar day.

If the manufacturer were to approve the return, Rayne's Vanities will provide you with an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) and instructions on returning your products.

You shall pay a restocking fee equal to 25% of the purchase price plus all shipping related costs. Products sold with "Free Shipping" will have the original freight costs deducted from your refund. All inbound and outbound shipping charges are non-refundable or reimbursable.

A copy of the original invoice and a copy of the issued RGA must accompany the returned goods. The products must be returned in original packaging and cartons, otherwise there will be a $25 repackaging fee.

Shipping charges on the return shall be your responsibility. 

We recommend using a carrier that will provide you with a return tracking number as this will speed up your return process. Retain your tracking number and email it to

Product damaged during the return due to lack of proper packaging will not be credited. In the event that any return is found damaged during transit, the manufacturer will inform us that the item was received damaged and will hold the product for up to 14 calendar days. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier and pick up the damaged item from the manufacturer within 14 days. Otherwise, the item will be donated or destroyed.

The return item MUST be in its original packaging, AND unaltered, uninstalled, unused resell-able condition. Otherwise, no return will be accepted. Do not write on the box in order to maintain its like-new condition. 

Any items that you refuse to accept delivery by the freight carrier (for any other reason than damages to the merchandise or shipping error) shall be treated as a return and subject to terms and conditions of returns.

All products are inspected prior to shipping. We stand behind our products and we will make every effort to resolve any problem to your 100% satisfaction. We reserve the right to repair, replace the defective part, or replace the entire unit at the discretion of the manufacturer.

All shipment claims are subject to carrier's approval.

Please follow these steps:

1. Inspect the shipment carton(s) immediately upon arrival while the carrier is still on site.

2. Inspect the actual products in case of damages found on the carton(s).

3. Make notation of any shortage, any minor or major imperfection of the packaging, any product damage and any delivery/inspection problem on the Bill of Lading before signing. Otherwise, any problem reported afterward may be voided or reduce the liability of the carrier by 70% or more. 


4. Provide description of the damage/shortage and supporting photos within 24 hours of delivery. Email us at to begin the process of submitting a claim.

5. Retain all original packaging in case of any damages until further notice.

If you feel that the damage to the packaging is significant, note the damages on the Bill of Lading and refuse the shipment. Contact us with descriptions and supporting photos.

Items reported incorrect, damaged or missing and not noted on the Bill of Lading, will not be considered for re-shipment. If the wrong item is received and reported within 24 hours, a return shipping label will be issued to the customer. The replacement order will be processed once the incorrect item has been returned.

In the event you have signed for a shipment and there is concealed damage do not throw away the packing materials or cartons or there will be no basis for a claim. Contact us no more than 24 hours after receipt of goods. Not doing so in the 24 hours period after receipt results in waiving your right to a claim. 

*Please note the surface characteristics of natural marbles are very subjective. Natural veining, crystal line, local crystallization sometimes can be interpreted as imperfections. All our products have gone through 100% inspection at the factories and distribution centers before freight shipping. We do not consider these characteristics as reasons for delivery refusal or returns. Returns and refusal of delivery is reserved for freight damage, wrong item, or factory defects approved by the manufacturer.

Due to the contrast of your monitor when viewing the product(s), color may appear different. Therefore, it cannot be construed as defective, damaged or product being given incorrectly.
